  • The Cessna 206 engine replacement from last year had a recall on the cylinders. All cylinders have been replaced.
  • Total of 5 hrs. since Top Overhaul
  • Fuel: 84 gallon capacity with 42 each side. Burns about 18 gallons per hr.
  • Since purchase, the Cessna 206 has only been used for acquiring aerial photography.
  • ADs and wing spar, the 206 does not have any outstanding ADs.
  • The logs have the maintenance history documented by an independent AP mechanic that has completed the annual inspections, engine overhauls and overall maintenance this the 206 was purchased from DOT.
  • Interior wing spar corrosion inspection: this would have either been completed under an AD or annual inspection.
  • The log book does document that a stiffener was installed in the tail as directed under a previous AD.
  • The last annual inspection was completed in Nov. 2009
